What we want - our educational concept
This concept is addressed to parents and the educational staff in the day-care centers. The aim is to describe the framework for work in the facility. This framework corresponds to the current state of work and experiences gathered. Above and beyond this, the educational concept is intended to provide an opportunity for further development and reflection.
The facility differs from other facilities not only through the spatial proximity of the children to the working world of their parent(s). In promoting this facility, companies show their interest in encouraging the careers of parents and indicate their willingness to assume responsibility for the nonprofessional sphere of their employees.
With the child day-care centers, Kind e.V. supports the involvement of the general facilities offered by the local region for children, and aims to contribute to networking these facilities. In line with an open concept, the child day-care center encourages contact between the children who live in the area and children at the facility, and has developed offers in this regard. This is further supported by the different care options available for children, ranging from half-day to full-day care.
The individual offer is oriented to the requirements of parents, appealing to both children from the residential area as well as children of parents working in the industrial park.
